Day 1: Welcome to Edinburgh - Scotland (D)

Arrive at Edinburgh Airport. Transfer on your own to your hotel in  Edinburgh for 2 nights.

Afternoon guided tour of Edinburgh Castle this afternoon at 1:30 pm

A mighty fortress, the defender of the nation and a world-famous visitor attraction – Edinburgh Castle has dominated the skyline for Centuries. This most famous of Scottish castles has a complex building history. The oldest part, St Margaret's Chapel, dates from the 12th century; the Great Hall was erected by James IV around 1510; the Half Moon Battery by the Regent Morton in the late 16th century; and the Scottish National War Memorial after the First World War. The castle houses the Honours (Crown Jewels) of Scotland, the Stone of Destiny, the famous 15th century gun Mons Meg, the One o' Clock Gun and the National War Museum of Scotland.

Day 2: Edinburgh (B)

After breakfast  visit the Palace of Holyroodhouse .10 am. The remainder of your day  is at leisure. Scotch Whiskey Tasting tour

Take part in a unique whisky and folklore evening.

Enjoy an evening of whisky appreciation on a whisky-tasting experience on Edinburgh's famous Royal Mile. Taste four single malt scotch whiskies and enjoy storytelling from your guide. If you want to avoid alcohol, you can join the tour and choose to book the option without whisky tastings. Meet your guide at Hot Toddy, just off the iconic Royal Mile. Over the next two hours, drink 4 outstanding single malt scotch whiskies taken from the 4 major whisky-producing regions of Scotland. Taste whiskies which range from the relatively delicate and subtle flavors of the Lowlands to the bold and robust tastes of Islay. You will also be given tasting cards giving notes on each of the whiskies that you sample. During the tour, experience some traditional storytelling and explore the significance of whisky to the Scottish identity.

Day 3: Edinburgh - Aberdeen Shire (B)

This morning drive to Glamis Castle for a guided visit 10 am

Glamis Castle Gardens & Grounds Admission Visit – guided. The family home of the Earls of Strathmore and Kinghorne, Glamis Castle is the legendary setting for Shakespeare's Macbeth, the childhood home of HM Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother and the birthplace of Princess Margaret. As soon as you enter the Queen Mother Gates at Glamis and see the Castle's turrets and towers nestled at the end of the mile-long drive, you can't fail to be impressed by its majesty. Steeped in history, Glamis Castle has evolved over the years to create a stunning architectural treasure that is full of vitality to this Day. Once inside, every room has its own story and the evolution of the castle and its legendary tales and secrets are brought to life by your own enthusiastic and knowledgeable tour guides. Every painting, every piece of furniture, every little detail along the way is a sharp reminder that this is not a museum but an incredible family home that has witnessed everything from Royal births to being the setting for Shakespeare's Macbeth. The gardens surrounding Glamis Castle are beautiful all year round. Walks have been created to take in a mixture of habitats ranging from park land and policies in the immediate vicinity of the castle tothe formal Italian Garden, mixed woodland and Pinetum to the North East. Day 5: Aberdeen - Inverness - Castle Stuart Golf Links (B)

Today drive to Inverness.

In the afternoon you will go to Castle Stuart Golf links for a round of golf. (18 holes)

Day 6: Glenfiddich Distillery Tour (B)

In the  afternoon at 1:15 pm visit  Glenfiddich Distillery for a visit (distillery tour and tasting).  Time matters when whisky making. So, while touring the distillery, you’ll visit our original warehouse where you will explore the generations of gently maturing casks. You’ll also learn how we achieve depth and consistency of flavor throughout our range of exceptional whiskies. Then, a tasting of several single malts awaits.

Day 7: Inverness Area To Glasgow (B)

This morning depart from Inverness  to Glasgow. On your way stop at Loch Ness.

Cruise on Loch Ness and visit Urquhart Castle on this coach and boat tour that transports you directly from Inverness city center to the legendary Loch Ness. You’ll learn everything there is to know about the stirring past of these famous shores as you relax on a guided coach tour. After departing from Inverness by coach, you will drive to Loch Ness. Once you arrive, hop on board a boat to cruise across the Loch’s world-famous waters. Keep an eye on the sonars for a blip that could be Nessie. There is a fully stocked bar on board and a selection of Scottish snacks. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are also served, should you require a little warming up. Disembark and explore the historic ruins of Urquhart Castle. Continue to your accommodation in Glasgow.

Day 8: Glasgow - Clydeside Distillery Tour and Whisky Tasting (B)
